★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is what it is...no frills. If your looking for staples...none better. Watch prices though cause freshco is often cheaper with greater variety sometimes. They don't gouge as much as Save On Foods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's cheaper, for sure, than Save On but as the name suggests, there's not alot of.....frills....like tidy shelves, painted or tiled floor, staff around to help...stuff like that. Produce Dept is huge, meat selection is terrible, but stock up on dry goods and cleaning supplies!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive recently moved to maple ridge and this no frills is very close to my house. Unfortunately a couple items i bought were past their expiration date. Including a pack of buns I was going to use for dinner that night which ended up moldy on the bottom. I now go a bit further to save on foods for all my grocery needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The secret shoppers, “loss prevention,” basically aggressively stalks you and walk past 17 times a minute. I have even asked one of these loss prevention people to back off because of how close they get and we’re still in a PANDEMIC. I understand why loss prevention is used in grocery stores but they need to go about it a better way so shoppers don’t feel this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are a great value but you NEED to check your bill. Too often are there mistakes on your bill when it comes to prices and points. They also often leave stock mess build ups in the aisles which is problematic for customers with disabilities and the elderly.
