★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always receive the rudest customer service from the young boys who load hay etc in your vehicle. I decided to go out to country feeds for hay now only because the young guys at Milner are so extremely rude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming here for a couple years to get hay for my Guinea pigs, I usually get 3 bunny bales of Timothy hay for $20 which is a crazy big savings compared to the pet store. Only thing is I wish they sold bunny bales of orchard grass hay because it’s better for those with allergies! If I find another barn that does sell it I’d have to switch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading the awesome reviews, I was a bit disappointed. The bale of hay is over $10 more than at Westway. I got the “bunny bag”, which is smaller than what I expected. I was told on the phone that it’s 3 flakes, but when I asked the cashier, she was vague. Didn’t seem to know what a flake was… Overall ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came in here a while ago attempting to find some good toys/enrichment items for our house rabbit. Their selection was outstanding! We've had our bunny for six years now and no other pet store has been able to compare! Chester absolutely loved everything we got him. On top of their amazing selection, we came in with our dog and I wanted to grab one of the bulk biscuits they have for her. They sell by weight but I only wanted one so the lovely ladies working there gave it to us for free! 100% recommend coming here, excellent experience!
