β β β β β Great knowledgeable staff. The staff smile, remember you and your dog, and honestly seem to enjoy working there, which means fantastic customer service. They are always willing to help, answer questions, fit your dog with whatever your pet requires, and will even carry things to your car if you need it.
The store is well stocked with all your dog and cat needs, at reasonable prices, usual less than any of the other pet stores. The store is large, clean, well laid out, and easily maneuverable for your pet and others. Another bonus is that the Langley Tisol is open 7 days a week, and is open late every weeknight, which is great for the non 9 to 5 worker. It is my go to pet supply store, and I would never shop anywhere else.

β β β β β Got there 2 minutes before their closing time at 7pm and was told to hurry up as I had 2 minutes before they closed. Attitude was not pleasant from the single staff present.
A better approach from the staff might have revealed that I only had 2 items to purchase and would be completed very quickly. Time to take my business somewhere else as it doesn't seem needed here.

β β β β β Huge store with great selection of pet foods, coats, and everything for pets. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Store is out of the mainstream area of stores and is never very busy.

β β β β β After calling 4 other places looking for an XXL sized kennel, this was the only place that had them! I'm sad I forgot the girls name but the associate went above and beyond calling her superior to double check it was the right product. She even gave me personalized treat samples for my two pups (one being allergic to chicken) to enjoy for when I got home. Everything I saw was very reasonably priced, infact I will probably shop here now instead of petsmart! 10/10 recommend.

β β β β β This cute pet store offered phenomenal customer service to me and my puppy, Titus. They spent their time helping me choose the right treats and toys for Titus. I will definitely be coming back when I need to replenish his toys!
