★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came and purchased a bag of dog food when we were evacuated from our home and didn't have any. Came back two days later with the sealed bag as we didn't end up needing it and the staff and manager would not return it without a receipt which I declined at time of purchase because I didn't think I needed it. I have an account with Bosleys so would have taken two seconds to look up. Both the staff and the manager were incredibly unhelpful will never shop at this location again. I went to Langley which was much more helpful in what I needed to do. Horrible experience if I could give them a zero I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting Bosleys as I thought other competitor had better pricing but I was genuinely surprised during my visit. There was a self bath area for dogs and was busy on Christmas eve. Staffs were friendly and both dry and fresh food options were available and reasonably priced. I was looking for dog boots for cold and wet pnw weather and was able to score on clearance boots which was priced for 2.99! What a deal I say. Will definitely be back for food and supplies in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for the drop in dog wash. I have a bigger dog so it takes a bit longer compared to smaller dogs. Took 1 hour and 30 mins.
Someone was waiting 10 minutes for me to leave despite an open station was available. In the mean time the staff gives me attitude because I was over 1 hour. Yet when they were taking appointments a couple months ago they asked if I needed more then 1 hour and they had no problem with me being there for 90 minutes.
If that staff member was the owner or an employee, save your lectures and get over yourself.
