During all these time we called in several times to check their review status and the receptionist always replied the same that the doctor is evaluating. Four months had passed and when we called to check again they just replied they aren't accepting any new patients. Come on! I took my time to fill out the form you requested and you can't bother to make just one call to inform me and make me waiting for 4 months? The worst experience ever!

Wait time is very short and our doctor is always on time. Thankfully we have only pleasant experiences with the receptionists, they have always been very nice.

He always follows through and I am sad I found an excellent doctor only to be moving. As I am moving to where he used to work he said he would set me up in my new city. Nothing but praise to his practise and excellent business sense. Whoever takes my spot should truly value this opportunity
L	L D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to walk in clinics and have overheard rude receptionists speaking with clients over the phone. I get it, it's a tough job. However for a family practice I would expect differently, not the case. Not once have I ever been greeted over the phone politely nor with the respect a client would deserve in any establishment. Doctors are fine, but they need new receptionists behind the counter that actually enjoy their job or atleast know how to speak with patients.

Dr. park has been the most amazing doctor one would ever need for the family. He is knowledgeable, organized, professional, caring and exceptional in every way. His office staff have been very efficient with everything that they have to follow up with. All 4 of my family members are patients of this medical practice and we are all super satisfied with everything.
O	Ops1 Ws-Yvr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors are fine but the problem of this clinic is the receptionists. Not sure if they are tired of this job or their personalities are like that. I never had a good conversation with a pleasant receptionist whenever I make appointment with them. They are very rude and always argue with the patient for any reason. Particularly during Covid period, all the doctors were remotely 'seeing' patients either on the phone or through camera. It was already very inconvenient, on top of that the receptionists that I had to deal with made it worse. They all seem to have this kind of attitude that 'Don't bother me'. They are very short and eager to hang up the phone without letting the patient finish their questions. Seriously, this clinic needs to replace those receptionists with someone who like the job and know how to deliver good patients service.
T	Tom Pankratz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secretary hung up on me. I was trying to make an appointment to see results of a biopsy. I complained that it was difficult to make an appointment. They don’t pick up the phone. They told me to call back in two days. They don’t take messages. She says “Nobody takes messages!” I told her doctors have taken messages for 55 years of my life. She laughed at me. Hung up. I may have cancer and after repeated attempts I am being denied medial information. I am writing a complaint to the College of Physicians and Surgeons.
D	Davena Tarkanen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Curry is my family doctor and I could not be happier with the care I receive. He always follows up on things and is very thorough. The office staff have always been polite to me as well. I even brought them treats one Christmas to show my appreciation.
