I went to see Dr Malik for my daughter who is Autistic and Dr Malik was fantastic and so patient. I recommend every parent to go see her. She's amazing and ever so caring. Thumbs up to you Dr Malik and staff.

My son was a patient of Dr. Malik. We loved Dr Malik and her staff. She is a very thorough doctor. She never rushed us and always listened to our concerns. She referred my kid to other specialists and they all spoke very highly of her. Unfortunately, we moved out of the country. We miss her!

Dr. Noseworthy and his MOA's have no compassion at all. I have twin boys with ADHD and I got to keep on harassing the phone lines for emergency appointments. You can never get in, MOA is telling me I have to wait 6 weeks to change there medication that doesn't work and I have to wait the same amount of time to get coverage for there medications, that's just BS working in the medical field myself. They just don't want to do this saying he's only in the office 1 day a week and behind on his paperwork. I'm disgusted knowing these people works and supposedly helps our children. He deserves a complaint to The College of Physicians as well.

My kid has been the patient of Dr. Malik for many years for allergy. We were referred by BC Children's Hospital. So far so good.

Dr.Noseworthy was not compassionate or understanding. Our 10 month old often wakes up from discomfit and has a very difficult time sleeping. We had some food sensitivity testing done and spoke with Dr.Noseworthy about them and he seemed to not care. He told us to give him food that literally made us visit the emergency room a few months ago, said our child does not have any sensitivity issues and he is actually just β€œmanipulating” us. This was our first experience with a paediatrician, and we will not be visiting him again, certainly going to look for someone who actually cares.

This office has very little regard for people’s time or patient care. We were referred to dr pool after previously seeing dr Zahedieh at a different office, maybe months after our appointment was scheduled with dr pool we were told that because we had seen dr Zahedieh previously with no knowledge that she was also seeing patients at this office that dr pool could not take us on because the drs don’t patient share. After explaining that there was a reason we did not want to see dr Zahedieh the MOA agreed to speak to dr pool and ask if she would agree to see us. Today I was called by someone from the drs office and told that dr pool would not take my son on for a completely different reason, not taking on new developmental cases, when that is not even the reason for the referral. This is very unfortunate, we loved this office when dr Mitchell was there, and now I’m left feeling like I was lied to and with no appointment or referral anywhere, very disappointing

Dr Malik is not a trustworthy Doctor, This is a doctor who prescribed some pretty horrible medications to our 7 year old son, The Drug is called Vyvanese,The drugs made made our 7 year old son make racist remarks, had him threating suicide, wanting to kill himself and others, talking self harm on to others and more. Dr Malik and our sons mother let our child stay on this medication for a year without any issue and she clearly knew what the side effects were and all she had to say to me was that she was sorry that the medications didnt work well for him. The Vyvanese was supposed to be used to treat ADHD....

Dr. Noseworthy has been seeing my son since he was born for a variety of issues that have since resolved themselves. Dr. Noseworthy left me feeling very scared and offered no explanation or reassurance that my sons issues could be resolved. Instead he jumped to the worse case scenario and never mentioned there could be any other possibilities. I frequently felt like I was playing phone tag with him, as he would have his front desk staff call to relay information to me, but they were unable to answer any of my questions. When my son was 7 months Dr. Noseworthy told me to stop nursing at night because it would rot my sons teeth, even though he didn’t have any teeth at the time. Most recently I was told to take my son for follow up blood work, I booked him an appointment and waited for the requisition. It never came. I called the office multiple times and no one ever answered. I had to cancel the blood work appointment but continued to call the office. In totally I phone about 15 times over the course of a few days and not once was the phone answered. I have still not heard back from them two months later. I am throughly disappointed with the way we have been treated over the last two years as Dr. Noseworthy is greatly lacking bedside manner. As a pediatrician it would be appreciated if he showed some compassion and respect for his families time and the situations they are going through.
