I was in Prince George while he was in Vancouver but his attitude and relational qualities bridged the gap because he responds promptly to emails, questions regarding real estate. I was a first time buyer at the time and he helped me understand every single detail as regards to purchasing a new home and the technicalities around it. If a client calls him and maybe he was in a meeting at the time, he sends you a text stating what's up and will call you back as soon as he is free. Mr Greg is someone that is knowledgeable in this Mortgage environment and has an excellent documentation management because at any time necessary, he can pull up documentations that can calm your nerves and answer your questions. He is calm, calculative, focused and is someone I refer to my circle of friends who is in need of his kind of service because of the characteristics or features he posses.
