My situation wasn't a typical, straight forward file and she took it in stride and did everything possible to get it done. I dealt with about half a dozen brokers before discovering Nadia PHEW! what a breath of fresh air! Nadia has a can-do attitude with a wealth of knowledge like no other, always going the extra mile as well as answering and explaining all my questions. For example we reached a spot in my file where I wasn't sure if it was going to happen (because of outside sources) and she called me and calmed me down and brought light to the situation, and It really helped and I appreciate her so much for that. One of the things that sets Nadia apart from all my other experiences is she was SO fast in responding to emails, and she was usually always available even outside of normal work hours. I would highly reccomend Nadia, and I look forward to working with her on any future purchases.

She is very organized and asked for all the necessary documents beforehand which made everything run so much smoother and I didn't feel rushed to find certain documents near the end.
