The explanation was so clear to me as I am more of a visual person ?Loved the the way Camilo unfolds the numbers for the viewer to decide which type of mortgage rates would benefit you and the kicker when to change from one mortgage type to another during your term. BRAVO. This helped me decide on the type of mortgage for my purchase. The funny cartoon of him in the presentation was a bonus LOL. We had a relatively tight turnaround with everything we wanted to get done and Mashkeen was available for all our urgent inquiries no matter what time we needed her. Camilo was even out of the office and managed to help us with some final steps. We have had a few questions with some things since we closed on our house and Camilo has always been available to explain things and provide the additional information we were looking for. We decided to go with Dalila instead of a bank because she was super reliable and always ready to answer any questions no matter the time. This type of service she provided there is no way you could get that type of service with a bank. She was with us through the whole process. Very patient, profesional, nice, and helpful. The fact that she also speaks Spanish made if even more helpful, because she was able to provide us service in both English and Spanish since I was more comfortable in Spanish in certain situations. Even after everything was submitted, she kept in touch all the way to closing day. I could go on and on about working with Dalila. I highly recommend working with her, as she is someone you can trust and will see what to the best of your interest. Thank you Dalila for everything!
