It's such a joy to have him not shed! My dogs always come out happy and calm, and I think that really speaks to ability of this team to manage the dog's stress. I would never go anywhere else (I've made that mistake and regretted it)

The staff and service has always been awesome!! i asked to make him look like a Teddy Bear i came back and he looked like a real live Teddy Bear lol Last time my puppy obviously realized he did not like being at the groomers and was being a little crazy the girls gave me some advise on how to calm him but i don't k now how well that worked LOL he is A Monster but we will see when he goes on Sat! Wont take him anywhere else :) Highly recommend!
t	tamara burdeny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my 5 month old chocolate lab Larry to Furfection for the first time (he’s never been to a groomers yet) and he had a blast!!! The ladies there were so good with him and praised him for his good behaviour. They treated him with love like he was their own, and I felt 100% comfortable leaving him in their care. When I picked him up they dressed him up in a cute little neck tie, and sure enough he passed right out on the drive home from all the fun he had. Will be going here from now on. Thank you Furfection!!

S	Susie Hay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my sheepadoodle in for a trim - was told he had matts and would have to be shaved. I said I wanted a couple of weeks to comb him through to avoid shaving. They said although he is a large dog he was very good (Whitney trimmed around his eyes and cut his nails). An appointment was made for him to have a cut and they provided me with the appointment card. Upon arrival i am informed the appointment was canceled without telling me. They said they called but i never received any call. Very disappointed as they were recommended by our dog trainer - I will be telling her of our experience. Will never recommend anyone for here. Total waste of our time. Update: nobody called me to cancel that appointment - there was no discussion with me - I am not stupid I think I would remember. I assume you called the wrong dog owner (you have another dog with the same name). There is only me - one telephone number and no call.

She was absolutely beautiful & smelled super good after her session. The groomer was very friendly and made Chai comfortable. Definitely going back.

It was our first time getting our dog groomed at Furfection - the staff were personable, made sure my dog was comfortable with the facilities upon arriving and her groom was so very well done, she looked amazing (thanks to Whitney, I believe was our groomer).
