I was paranoid of his hair being too short (due to past experiences) but I love how she went into detail and explained what she would be doing By showing samples of hair lengths and pictures.
She goes the extra mile with your pup by giving them cute accessories!

Mowgli (my tiny Yorkie) is always excited to see her, and leaves the salon with so much sass and confidence. I have had such a fantastic experience, I don't go to anyone else now. I highly recommend her.

The process of booking an appointment, to the reception on our arrival, and finally picking our dog up, was smooth and easy. The spa itself was extremely clean, cute and inviting. The owner, Jotie was a pleasure to deal with. She was patient and listened carefully while I spoke about how I was hoping to have him groomed and I must admit, he came out perfect. For anyone who is looking for a personal touch in a comforting environment, they should give this spa a try.
