From grooming my dog for the show ring; to grooming my stay-at-home dogs; to grooming my senior dogs - over the years Michele has proven to be considerate of me, my husband and especially my dogs. My dogs absolutely love going in for their Animal Haven “spa” days where they’re treated so kindly by all her staff. As soon as they get in the door, they’re looking for Michele as they now consider her to be their adopted Mum. If you want to do right by your dogs, take them to Animal Haven.
M	Michelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended here by a friend and tried to make an appointment for my 7 month old puppy and they refused as she's going to "become" a big dog .... she's a puppy I'm not sure where they got " too big" from but it's fine. Very displeased with their customer service when I called in. Won't be recommending this Joke of a groomer.
D	Deana Pigeau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jan 2021 - I have NEVER seen my 11 year old dog so traumatized from being groomed to the point when I pulled his brush out 2 days after him being here, his whole body began to shake. When I picked up my dog, they informed me he had bitten one of the groomers; this dog has NEVER bitten anyone in his life. I was advised that they were working on a mat at the time...how badly were they hurting him to get that mat out?? I came home and had to attempt to fix the hair on the top of the head and I have NEVER seen a dog shaven at the back end like my dog was. He looks ridiculous. This dog did not eat that night nor the whole next day and I feel so guilty for trusting these people and I actually paid them to do this to him! This place was highly recommended but it was a horrific experience for my dog and I do not believe he was treated or groomed well.

The products used are of exceptional quality and my dogs look amazing. They love going in for their SPA DAY! I have always trusted Michele to do the correct job for my breed and they just sparkle when they are shown. Thanks Animal Haven for the great care of my most important friends!

Brought in my daughters' dog who has anxiety, socially inept, and being part greyhound, has a very high prey drive. My daughter was very anxious about her beloved Luna, but she was long overdue for a nail trim. When we tried to trim her nails in the past, she got so upset, she cried and cried, and then peed so we had to stop (that's Luna, not my daughter lol). Michele and Darcy, being the ultimate professionals had no problem at all trimming her nails, and gave her a great salon and doggy spa experience. Knowing that my daughter was so apprehensive, they sent me pics every hour so I could show my daughter her precious baby was actually enjoying her spa treatment. I met a few of their customers, and they all agreed on what excellent service is provided by Michele, Darcy and their staff. Highly recommended for anyone with a fur baby!

I picked up my dog today and after looking at her really good I notice longer chunk on her belly and shorter patches. It’s so choppy. I wanted the same length all over but it didn’t happened. Like they say we have a reputation on style. I just know how I like her groomed. I won’t be back. Thanks for trying.
