Front staff are nice and efficient. I have had two doctors. One has been very helpful. Twice though, I have had a white, male, Eastern European (I hope I have that accent correct) doctor. I do not know his name - he never introduces himself. I get he is busy. If that was the worst thing about meeting with him I wouldn't mind. But he has been rude and aggressive. If he doesn't like my questions he grunts and ignores them. He does not take the time to explain things and walks out of the room even if I still have questions. It has been absolutely embarrassing each time. I will go back, but only if I can see another doctor.

Worst clinic experience I have ever had. Posted website times had the clinic open 9-12 on Sunday. I showed up 15 minutes before opening to be first in line. I checked the door for holiday hours, nothing posted regarding holiday hours (dec 22nd) I called the clinic at 9:05 as they were still not open nothing in their voicemail about being closed during regular hours. Finally at 9:20 I left along with the 8 other people (and young children) sick and freezing in line. This is my first experience with the clinic under new ownership and I will never be going back.

2.3 Stars Review.... sadly, it is the average if you look around the Lower Mainland. Is the medical system this flawed? Called prior to coming, was told to come in at 1:15pm as the doctor I needed to see starts at 1:30pm. Came in at 1pm and gave my name to reception and explained the prior call I made. I was told to have a seat and check in again at 1:20pm, meanwhile the place is filling up. 1:20pm I stand in line behind 3 other people to check in again, I think? Takes my details again and tells me to have a seat again. I watch the lounge fill up and empty twice over the next 2 hours. Lady walks in at 2:30 waits 30 minutes than complains about a 30 min wait time and is called in next. I ask the reception why she got to after I have been here for 2 hours. Her answer was β€œwe assigned a different walk in doctor to her” I guess the doctor that she was assigned to was 120 mins more efficient than mine? I am fit and in good health, I rarely visit the doctor but every time I do this is my experience. Is it just me, could it be this difficult, costly, and time consuming to obtain a simple lab test referral in BC? Dreading the walk-in clinic experience I waited a month to see if my nagging stomach bug would get better. How bad is it that one would rather starve of a lack of appetite and loose 10% body mass than visit a walk-in clinic, is this good health care lol. Now I will have to take another day off, go for tests, wait to hear back, take a third day off, go back to a walk-in clinic, likely wait another 3 hours in a room full of sick people for results. I gave 3 stars because a lot of this on our medical system not just this clinic. That said I am not sure where the breakdown at this location is as it does not seem to be an isolated incident? The Doctor was great when I finally got to see her, and the reception was very friendly and sympathetic despite the atmosphere. Been searching high and low for a family doctor for 18 months after mine told me he does not want me coming in for a 3-year physical anymore as β€œhe does not get paid adequately if he does not diagnose an illness or prescribe a medication”. He also relocated to Chilliwack. I have an interview in 2 weeks for hopefully my new doctor, hopefully I am accepted although I’m not sure why someone would be rejected? He does FaceTime visits which seems like a good way to save time for basic illnesses and allow more walk-in time fore more seriously ill patients. Bravo ?? Continued: Last night I tried to book and appointment with Life Labs and got this message: "Sorry, certain location finder features are not available right now. Please try again shortly try" Tried again this morning, same message. Called two life labs location, no option to speak to someone although the locations say open. Answering system says press #3 for wait times and appointments but then tells you to use the website or App. The website and app location finder is still not working so you can not proceed to book an appointment online. Do I just go down there and risk another 3 hours wait? Now 9:00am have not worked since yesterday at noon. Called to book my Ultrasound and happy to report I was able to speak to a polite lady who let me know they are booking for December 9th 5 weeks from now, I think I am done, I will just try to ride this bug out and not burden our medical system any further, hope it is nothing serious. Is the medical system this flawed, or do I have extremely bad luck? Great health care BC! ?

Went to this clinic today for the first time. I had already tried 3 other clinics and found them closed and over their daily capacity. Ladies at the front desk were cheerful friendly and efficient. The online service said there was a 40 mins wait when we left home, then as we arrived it said 20 mins. When we arrived there was no one else waiting and I was taken right in. Dr. Frankel was great friendly and listened well. He addressed my problem and was quick to give me the solution I needed and requested. He did a quick exam and I was off with my Rx. Pharmacy at Save on is close by and I was home within an hour of leaving. I have a regular GP but will definitely use this clinic again for things that can't wait or if the wait time for my GP is too long.

Review for in house physiatrist Dr. Sherry Wang. Receptionists/ staff were polite however please be mindful to have appropriate conversations as patients can hear you loud and clear from the exam rooms. Absolute waste of time. Dr. Wang diagnosed me with Carpal tunnel to which I said I've been told I have Acute Median Neuropathy (A neurologist gave me this diagnosis) and that it is definitely not carpal tunnel. Dr. Wang stated I didn't have Acute Median Neuropathy, that my median nerve is fine. CARPAL TUNNEL AFFECTS YOUR MEDIAN NERVE!!! She advised me to wear a splint for 6 weeks then check back with her. I filled out forms which she possibly read/ skimmed over however she didn't listen to anything I said and seemed uninterested in helping me. I Stated to her the onset was in February and I've already tried splints and they were not helpful. She stated that splints take 6 weeks to work and that I need to wear a splint only at night for 6 weeks (she explicitly said not to wear it during the day) and I should be healed. I don't understand what made her think that this would be effective. Ive already been off work since February now I should waste 6 more weeks wearing a splint only at night and that will heal me? No Dr. Wang, I need surgery and if you don't care about serving people properly, stop practicing as your wasting your own time and your patients time. Thank God this was not the first place I went to and I decided just to go get a second opinion because my doctor referred me. If you have any nerve problems, see a neurologist!!!! I wrote this review incase other folks get referred to her for similar problems; decline and don't waste your time.

We have been going to this walk in clinic for YEARS. My son and I. In 2020 I was given a prescription for an inhaler with one refill. All of this was done over the phone. Today I called because I am having having rough time breathing and have used up my inhalers. I wanted to speak with someone about doing the same as last time but since they're not our "family doctor" (which we don't when have because like I said, we have just used this clinic for years.) They will not see me, won't even make an appointment for me. The answering machine still says they take walk ins. I guess changing it is too hard of a task for the front desk staff.

I called 811 this morning And they gave me the address of well health. I'm having bad jaw pain with lock jaw and fearful it may be tetanus. I called Well health and asked if they took walk in. The women on the other end told me yes, no place to put my name down on a list. So I get down there as soon as I can. I drove 20 minute, waiting room looked empty so had high hopes. I go up to the receptionist and she tells me it's over the phone only. Why didn't anyone tell me that on the phone earlier?!? I expressed nicely I was not happy no one told me that as I need to be physically seen. Iv now driven past how many different walk ins as they were referred to me. I'm not mad they are phone only but the fact they do not tell you this when you call in. Disappointed. I wish langley needs an urgent care client at the hospital like Kamloops.
