★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ian is a hands on general contractor, on site every day to supervise trades. Our project involved building a laneway house as well as a full reno of our main house's basement. Because of our busy lives we had to rely on Ian to manage everything and the results were outstanding.
I am recommending Ian and Nicon's Ent. for any building project or large scale reno. We are looking forward to hire Ian again for future renos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Wonderful experience working with Nicons Enterprises. Ian Nicule is very professional, knowledgeable, and patient when addressing our questions (and always with smile). We recently replaced our carpet with new flooring, and Ian walked us through the process; providing a selection of flooring samples, confirming the underlay passed condo requirements, making arrangements with the building manager for access - essentially a smooth and wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Ian and his company for your next renovation and or flooring replacement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a years of saving we have finally decided to renovate our house. I was recommended this company from my friend who used this company before, after I met Ian for our first meeting, I was so excited to start the whole process.
Ian made sure that we were happy and that every detail was exactly how we pictured it.
He finished the reconstruction exactly on time and was always making sure we knew what his plan with every part of the house was.
Ian answer all of our questions and was very easy to talk to.
100% recommend his good quality work but also customer service.!

Initially we were supposed to rebuild a new home but, due to Covid 19 pandemic, our plan turned into complete home renovation/remodelling. We appreciate all the effort done by Ian and his crew for the flexibility, understanding and knowledge that made this project happen and to end on time and budget.
From dealing with the City Hall for permits, introducing us to all the suppliers and getting the best prices for our budget, communication, coordination of the trades, finishing and a very clear and update cost update budget sent periodically to us.
Strongly recommend Ian and his company for any large renovations / home remodeling for your satisfaction
