He kept his promise as he said it over the PHONE. All I can say as a Vendor and Consumer that you can blindly trust on The Universal Group as someone is there to look-after you. All you need is trust in dealing with any Business and The Universal Group has got it! We look forward to a successful working relationship in the future.

This after turning down a job the day after being hired during a pandemic with record unemployment. Its called false representation in the BC labour act. Dont accept employment with this company unless you are prepared to be homeless which I now am and living in my vehicle. Unreal a company can hire someone then give them zero hours.

T	Tommy Wu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sign a contract with this company and here is what you get. $375+ for parking lot salting (medium sized lot) and they will salt back to back days when salt is still clearly visible on the ground from the previous days salting and they salt even when the temperature is over +1 degree celsius. If it snows they will plow your medium sized lot for $600 even if there is only an inch of snow. Make no mistake when the temperature is hovering above 0 their team are in their trucks doing unwarranted work and billing for said work. Had a 5 year annual average of $1500 for snow and salting, since these guys took over the contract, the annual cost ballooned to $5500. If that doesn't tell you they got a scam on then you the reader can't do mathematics. I now have to police my lot and verify temperatures with Weather Services Canada to ensure they are not scamming. Imagine, you rely on a company to do services and then find out that they are doing work they shouldn't do and billing for it. What a dirty greasy experience. Have some integrity! I know its Vancouver and it snows maybe twice a year and freezes only a handful of times but don't run your Vancouver business pretending you're in Regina or Edmonton and ripping of people. Shameful!

Soooo many errors in payroll and dispatching, and many of the "so called" site HSOs power tripping on hard working loyal employees in the field. Trying to get anything resolved is a major event because NONE of the in house departments talk to each other!! Im sure they will get there eventually, but until then, Its not a great atmosphere to be in. After 18 years, I sadly gave in my resignation The response I received was disappointing. It was a text saying "thank you, I will let HR know"
