Completely unprofessional. No communication to inform us that there would be a delay. Now we are fighting to have all our papers and receipts returned to us so that we can utilize someone else who will actually get the job done. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Edit; In response to your reply; We have been calling and leaving messages for several weeks. And the only thing that has warranted a response is a public review. So if that is going to be the only way to get a response, then so be it. I have confirmation from CRA that our taxes were never filed. So I don't understand how you could have provided an assessment. Also Michelle has not received anything... Please just mail back all of our receipts and documents. So that we can take our business to someone who is actually going to get the job done. Edit; I am not comfortable posting my e-mail publicly. However it should already be in your records. If for some reason it is not then I suppose you will have no choice but to actually call me back after several messages left requesting that you do so already.
H	Heather Dobbs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't recommend them. They make big mistakes on people's income taxes and likes to accuse people of doing things when they haven't. She made a big mistake on a friend of mines income tax and denied doing it that she was told to do it.

Natashia, is really nice, but I got the feeling, that maybe I got taken by her.... One mistake after another, not enough questions asked or checking... Cost me a whole packet of money to pay that I didn't have... Good luck to you Natasha..
