★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUYER BEWARE - do not trust this company. Get everything in writing because they’re extremely deceiving.
I will not mention the property I purchased, but the quality is sub par and they don’t take any responsibility. The standard response is “it’s done to code”. Code is the minimum standard and they fail to exceed. The show homes are glammed up, but the quality of the actual homes is poor.
Do not trust the fake reviews. Most of them are left by people that have never posted other reviews.
They have extremely shady practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We absolutely love our new home by Mortise. The design aesthetic is contemporary West Coast. The build is solid but finishes refined. The feeling of our home changes as we pass through each season, it’s really lovely. Most importantly it feels like home. We’ve been in for a year now and the service we received from Bobby and his team in the Home Care Division has been second to none. He and his team have gone above and beyond with any work that needed done post move in. Bobby and his team are hard working and attentive and we found it easy to work with them. We most appreciate the care and attention they have put into making our home just right.
