★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urban Coast is a perfect example as to why developers get a bad reputation. They only care about you until the cheque clears and then they are nowhere to be found. They will not reply to emails and will just simply ghost you on any issues that come up. These guys are simply taking advantage of a hot real estate market and they only care about themselves! Urban Coast does not follow through on any promises and take advantage of people. I’m sure this company will change or have already changed their name to something else to avoid legal issues (because the BC government allows this) as I write this and are building some other sub par quality development elsewhere.The most unprofessional people to deal with! If you want horrible customer service and a lack of professionalism buy a house off Urban Coast! Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

They claim they provide their clients with quality worksmanship, honesty, and integrity, but they take NO ownership of any deficiencies nor do they care about their buyers after they sell you your home. Multiple times they have scheduled contractors to come "fix deficiencies" for work that is not up to standard, requiring us to take time off work, only to have them no-show (this has happened multiple times). When you try to contact them, they ignore your emails.
Please think twice before purchasing a home by this developer!!
