Wish they could change the system in their customer service department. Manager in the Pharmacy do something to your Staff, ask them to SMILE and BE KIND to customer who just want to pick you their prescription.

And then 15 mins later , she said no things aren’t gonna work our Credit/ debit payment method aren’t working. Upon asking if i can at-least talk to an associate, she ignored. That happened twice she ignored once again

When explaining myself she was rude on the phone saying "yeah I got that!" Please teach your staff costumer service skills! I will be sharing my thought about your staff with the community.
Z	Z M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment for my swab test at 11:20 am. And they made me wait for 40 minutes. I missed my prenatal check up because of that. The other staff informed the guy whos incharge for the swabbing but he was busy talking to other people and did a lot of things. Worst experience ever. Next time if people do appointment at a certain time. You should be ready cause they might have important things to do after. You dont own people's time!!

M	Michael preet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a hair trimmer from them it didn’t work, i went to store to return it after 2 days nd they refused to take it back it was worth 40 dollars. Zero customer satisfaction. Even on receipt it says we can return or exchange things within 30 days, but they didn’t.

I went to get my medication and being so busy with their gossip they said that we did not receive any prescription. When i called my doctor he said that he did send and status has been updated. And when i called today being so rude on call they are saying thats ok, Come tommrow then. like seriously. save on food pharmacy is much professional. they especially call u for your medication. not choosing next time such unprofessional people
M	Muhammad Khan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero customer service at pharmacy, staff busy in chatting, one on the counter had lack of information, she denied to give name for complaints, she just said, it is a glitch in the system. I don't know you booked the appointment. I showed her my email and phone confirmations, but she simply said I don't know, was rude too. I said I will make sure to throw a review. This is our 5th experience, The shoppers drug mart staff here and king George 74 Ave, both needs to be trained, we had diabetic patient whose medication was not being given despite of 4 visits. Staff is mostly east Indians and south east Asians. Frustrating as we has newly arrived Afghan families, and we're treated disrespectful at 74 and king George branch. They denied to take our complaints as well.
