โ โ โ โ โ Good at first but now a 7min ride there and back so 14 mins they said $10 isnt enough something about them meters thats less than $3 in gas there and back i know i have had family friends where taxi driver its just a 7min driver there and 7min back very poor service wont call again

โ โ โ โ โ This was the worst taxi experience I've had. Not only did the taxi driver fail to meet us at the set location, an easily located residence via google maps, he accused us of giving him the wrong location more than once. As such, we were required to walk 3 blocks to meet him where he continued to say we gave him a false address. As a women being berated by a male taxi driver for not knowing her home address, I found this extremely demeaning.
Unfortunately, my friend ended up leaving her phone in the taxi. The company responded quickly and dispatched the driver for our lost item. Our taxi driver called us to inform us he had the phone and would drop it off for $17... despite being less than 5 minutes away. Although we appreciate his time, this seemed like a gross exaggeration in price for an easily doable procedure. Especially when we tried to arrange for him to drive us home that evening and retrieve the item at that time. This offer was refused and we were charged a greater price than our simple drive home.

โ โ โ โ โ I waited outside ikea today it takes 21 minutes to get taxi. I called 3 times to operater .no one help me ,they told me ask the driver when he comes. I was out with my old parents and 2 under 2 year kids with some stuffs in afternoon time. I hate this service today I used before but this is my last time. I will switch to Uber .

โ โ โ โ โ It was a middle cold night and we called taxi, I spoke to this girl and I told her I need a taxi I give her the street and weโre we standing she asked twice and I explained we we at that time. Then suddenly sheโs sounds mad sheโs said oh thereโs a girl standing there for a long time and cla bla! bla! What the!not a good customer service hey I know you are indian lady your customer service is zero percent not good at all.

โ โ โ โ โ They made us wait for the wheelchair accesible taxi for more than an hour and didn't even show up. We had to call a different company. They should have told us they weren't capable of delivering the service. This company is the worst.

โ โ โ โ โ Today I called for a taxi and because I was close to downtown New westminster, I assumed it wouldn't take more than 10 to 15 min to get a cab. I managed to wait 20 min, than ended up taking the transit bus home and 50 minutes later after getting home, I still never got the call my taxi had arrived. By the way I called at 3pm on a Wednesday....

โ โ โ โ โ Driver yelled at me for having to sit in the front seat (we hired cabs for Graham Montessori because the company van broke down, I had three children to take to school) kept yelling at me to tell him where to drive after I repeatedly said the name of my location, and then proceeded to mock me like a toddler when I was giving him directions. The actual children in the backseat could be more professional than him. Embarrassing.

โ โ โ โ โ Wheel chair accessible taxi only 2 available . Are you kidding me ??? Had to wait over 2 hours after having a procedure . The driver who dropped us off gave me his number to call him when we were done . He said in 20 min he will be at the hospital to pick up . Took over 2 hours after myself calling a few times and then I ended up calling Bonnyโs who reached before Queen City . Terrible service . Also another time in this pandemic I had to tell the driver to wear mask. Seriously terrible terrible service ! I wonder if Uber are wheel chair accessible .
