We strive to ensure that our recommendations are provided after careful evaluation and due diligence. With respect to replacing the carpet tiles in both buildings, we considered a few vendors based on the strength and stability of the company, options provided, pricing and service. We settled on Beatty Floors. Throughout the whole process, from pre-contract through to completion, they were the utmost professionals. They were patient, answered all of our questions and more importantly, finished the job in a timely manner, with little deficiencies. Our experience with them was nothing but positive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working with the Beatty Floor team was exceptional. As the Building Manager of a 189 unit (2 towers + townhouses) property, there were many challenges to the project. Every issue was resolved in a professional and timely manner. Working with Home Owner Councils and Property Managers and residents is always a difficult task. Beatty Floors was able to help right from the initial concept to the final day of install. And the residents love their new carpeting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We worked with Beatty floors to replace the carpet in the basement of our house, every single aspect of our interaction with them was amazing. Don and Brent were professional and responsive from the start. The carpet replacement was on a house that we had just purchased and they were able to coordinate time to come out and look at the space on a pretty narrow schedule of access to the house.
With Covid and work schedules, it was tricky to arrange a time to actually go in and look at samples. Brent arranged a plan for us to come in to the shop at 6am in order to work around schedules. Timing the installation was all around our schedule, and the Beatty team was efficient and really careful. The new carpet has a higher pile than the old stuff, and so they carefully removed doors and left them with walls protected. The final install looks fantastic, and they even offered to take away some extra carpet that I'd removed from the upstairs when they cleaned up.
I was really impressed with how efficiently and professional Beatty was and I would absolutely go to them again for future flooring work. Thanks Brent and team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional experience! We had all of our main floor and upstairs re-carpeted. Beatty did the removal and disposal of the old carpet, then installed new underlay and new carpet. From the time we started choosing our carpet with Vanessa to the installation process, we were impressed Beatty's staff - their expertise and professionalism. The installers were accommodating, efficient and polite and did outstanding work. We highly recommend this company.

Also credit to the Beatty team they navigated a committee based decision making team with courtesy and patience. Highly recommend Beatty.
