We purchased laminate through this company on a reccomendation and it has not disappointed thus far.
We were able to get the flooring, underlay and matching transitions for our home and it looks great.
The showroom has lots of selection for colors and styles. Alex and Joe were extremely helpful and honest about thier products and reccomendations. We orginally wanted to do vinyl plank flooring (which was more expensive), but after speaking with them, they recommended laminate (which is cheaper) as a better fit for our situation. Thanks for helping with our reno!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We installed laminate flooring ourselves for the nursery room and living room. Euro Style laminate is beautiful and very easy to install even for people like us who have never installed laminate floor before. We watched the Youtube video they provided on the website a few times before we began and it was very helpful. High quality laminate floor and friendly staff. We'll buy more to do our laundry area and two other rooms. Highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strange difference compared to their Richmond branch. Did not like uncreative dry attitude. Shortage of supplies obvious this days. 3 to 4 weeks lead time for delivery on many items. Ended up buying from somewhere else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a contractor I've been sending clients here for years, i have an account. Came here to buy transitions and nosings. I was told they won't sell them to me because I didn't buy the floor from them. Most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Won't be coming back or sending anyone else to buy from you guys. Spend your money elsewhere, there are many better options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best experience we had from a supplier and in combination with a contractor they recommended to us. My parents bought a condo with a possession date on Apr 29th, we bought the floor in early March from Annie who patiently explained different laminate floor products they had and helped us picked a great color with reasonable price. She also helped us calculate the sqft needed which turns out to be pretty accurate. We had booked with the contractor for May 2nd and 3rd but due to a delay in strata approval letter, we had to reschedule with the contractor who did their best to accommodate. they finished 850 sqft flooring in a day and a half (including picking up and deliver floor, underlay, molding from Golden Trim, ripping carpet underlay & take them away, dismount baseboard, clean, sand uneven floor, flooring, putting back baseboard, vacuum in the end), my parents' place was clean and they didn't leave any mess behind! we had one box of floor extra and was able to return with no issue (so long as it's within 30-day of pickup). that's a wonderful one stop shopping experience we had to share.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service was great but it was a bad experience with poor material quality. We purchased their new line material with a nice grey finish a year ago. It was commercial grade scratch resistant and we were ensured it never scratched. We don’t have any dog or other pets but it scratched after 6 months. It is starting to chip now and we are so disappointed with the quality and the money we spent. We had spent 60% less money and bought a Canadian brand three years ago for our second floor and have had no issue so far. We called Golden Trim a few months ago and they said the warranty doesn’t cover these issues. I do not recommend this company.
