They went over and beyond to find me what I wanted. I was very impressed! I normally dont' fill out surveys but I had to fill one out for this store due to the help I got.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopping at Rona in Fleetwood was such a joy. The store is clean it's organized they had staff on site. They were such helpful help and friendly staff. I so enjoyed to go in there and to actually be able to ask for help and get it. It was worth it for me to drive from Langley to Fleetwood for such great service.

Then my washer and dryer went 3 years later so couldn't find a deal anywhere so when to this location and the sales person remembered me and got me what I wanted and a reasonable price these day because of covid supply problems. But the salesperson gave me some incentive and discounts that made things better. The salesperson in appliances is Ted thanksTed
