I have been charged money on returning an unopened box which I didn’t place a special order as their terms and conditions state. Careful with returns, it doesn’t suit to a company which is claiming to be established since 1940.

Fantastic service and customer attitude. Just like the "good old days of customer service". Kudos and thank you to Wes. Because of you I will certainly visit again as need be. I will recommend this place to whomever I can. Give Wes a raise, he deserves it.

The worst customer service ever! I will not recommend this place to anyone. Staff is completely clueless and useless. I was there with my family for atleat 30 minutes and it seemed like if staff there had no idea what they had in stock. We got four different answers from four different staff members. One staff member said that he’ll be back in 5 minutes to help us but he never bothered to show his face again or had courtesy to send someone else. After good ten minutes another staff member came downstairs to help us but again, had no idea what they had in stock. After long waiting period, we just left. What surprised me the most was they weren’t even busy. Never again!!

I purchased all of my plumbing supplies and fixtures from Universal Supply Surrey for my new house builds. At the time of purchase company rep spoke highly of the company, its products, warranties, etc etc. When it came to dealing with an issue, I dealt with the rep for many months (after not getting any response), I then contacted Colin. After speaking with Colin and asking him to assist me in dealing with an issue with the manufacturer (that I had already established was in warranty), Colin basically put it back in my court. So no solution or any compensation or service from the supplier that I paid $1000's of dollars to! I will have to figure this out on my own with the manufacturer of the product - a simple switch. I am very disappointed with the service I received, it doesn’t suit to a company which is claiming to be established since 1940. I WOULD NOT recommend this company, go to a company that values the clients and is willing to go to bat for the customer!
