★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too long a list of deficiencies with slow or no correction of issues - door jams loose, wrong handles installed on doors, roof hatch backwards, forgot to install second access to roof, concrete floor all cracked (was supposed to be finished polished concrete), rocks plugging up sewage pipe, doors that don't open right 1 year later, uneven concrete floor, asked repeatedly to double check plans to confirm the order (do they need to fix more issues...) and never get back to me, ..... I like leaving positive reviews but I don't want other people to have the never ending headache we have had over deficiencies and mistakes (we find about one new problem every week or two, 12 months later)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, customer service at this company is very poor. Calls are almost never returned and the front desk lady at the BC office has a bad attitude. Was shocked the way she was getting angry and sassy over the phone. All-in-all, very disappointing as I was expecting better from this company.

1. Always provide 100% assistance and keep our crew more then colleges but as family.
2. Outstanding ability to explain and teach.
3. Inspires others to do better.
4. Encourages employees to improve knowledge, abilities and skills.
5. Maintains detailed written performance documentation that needs no explanation.
I recommend this construction company to do business with and say thank you to such a great manager as Christopher Persson who is very valuable asset of company but also the supervisor who makes us, employees desire to retire within the company, because of his education, attitude and high professionalism to cooperate with others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cousin was a subcontractor for a project that was completed 2 years ago and still hasn’t been paid!! Cheque bounced, then nobody would return his calls. Further digging has found that this is a common occurrence for this company. Stay away!!!
