I went in asking for a replacement vapour sensor for my hot water heater, since I was getting an error message on my heater that indicated the vapour sensor was locked. The sales rep said he highly doubted it was defective (after only one month), and that it was likely due to a gas leak from my furnace. He tried to dissuade me from the sale and save me money, which was really considerate. But since I did not smell any gas and I don't have a cat that would cause methane to build up, and based on some research I did online, I was hopeful it was just a faulty sensor and decided to risk the purchase. The rep gave me the advice that if the sensor fixed the problem, I could contact the water heater manufacturer and try to get them to reimburse me for it.
Turns out it was in fact a defective sensor, and the new one fixed it like a charm. The rep was really nice and was trying to be helpful, but was wrong, so I just wanted to share this as a learning experience.

โ โ โ โ โ If you need sump pump specialist, call Jeff and he will be able to help you with your needs! As of now they are not open to shop inside, you will have to call them to make an order and pick up at the front of the store. Curb side pick up ONLY.

โ โ โ โ โ It's OK, but there's alot of room for improvement
1. It would be nice if they could keep up on their stock. Supply chain issues aside their allways out of the parts I need.
2.considering their Supply issues it would also be nice if I could order the parts online from their website but they don't have a dedicated purchasing website so I could order the parts I need in advance.
Those 2 issues are the major irritants everytime I go to Emco
