★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It should be called 'Royal Fixtures' because they have a lot more than just lighting: sinks, tubs, toilets, high-end faucets, general decor, and art too. A gem of a store I didn't know existed until a few days ago.

We spent thousands of dollars at their store a few years back for our ceiling fans and one remote broke and now we cant turn on the fan (there is no switch). called them to get a replacement remote and was told they cant help me because they no longer carry that fan. asked if they could refer me somewhere that could help me and was flat out told "no we cant" . absolutely ridiculous. We do not recommend them to any one. please save your money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic customer service! We bought a 3 tire chandelier that cost us around $1200 last year. We were happy with it, but unfortunately the ballast broke down and also 2 of the bulbs. As we informed Royal lighting, they not only replaced the product with similar design but also were nice enough to send us their own staff to replace the chandelier! It was such a nice experience to have business with Royal lighting. I wish them all the best. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ READ THE RETURN POLICY! We bought a light for our house. Without opening the box, decided we changed our minds. No refunds allowed. Even with receipts. You have to return within 3 days. You will be charged a restocking fee. On top of that, only store credit is given. I don’t know of any lighting store in street that does this! So full of regret.
