★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order for air conditioner but it got cancelled due to shortage of stock . But after few days staff named Mateen call me to ask if i still want it . He helped complete the purchase and explain everything about the air conditioner. Really happy with his customer service . I wish him good luck for his career growth.

Order online on March 22. Expected delivery was on or before April 7. Had been to store 7 times but every time got a different answer. Staff told me that do not have option to either track the shipment or refund the money as have to wait till the order gets delivered. One staff asked me to call toll free number to get tracking information , got the same answer as well. Very pathetic service , nobody is taking initiative. Never got any call back from any staff where as most of the staff people promised me to call.
Don’t know what to do. Should learn from Canadian Tire

And the check out people are lovely. Find technical help is missing unless you are prepared to WAIT! Sometimes a long time…..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Home Depot & most of the staff! I won’t approach a few members of their staff at my regular location because they look so grumpy & put their head down as you pass by, hoping no one will see them & ask them a question. Yup, I don’t think I’m the only one sailing in this boat. I’m at Home Depot at least every other day because I do a lot of creative projects & want to make something that no one else has, like this gate. Now I’m making dog beds. I don’t know why HD keeps those individuals on staff but I duck them too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experience with Garden Centre, most staff is hired only for the season who have no knowledge on plants. Bought Chicago Rose (pic attached) & Peony tubers last season which didn’t sprout or grew. Better give Business to your nearest nurseries / small businesses who put in so much effort, experience & knowledge about plants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish to thank Jagdeep from the blinds section in Home Depot Surrey for her amazing customer service and great patience with us. We were unsure of which blind to get and my mom kept on changing her mind. Jagdeep was extremely understanding and patient with us, she kept on giving us helpful suggestions and provide us with new sample booklets. There were a few times I was embarrassed for troubling her so much but she just smiled and kept on helping. I haven't experienced this type of exceptional customer service in a while and just wish to thank her for being so amazing. It made our shopping a lot more enjoyable, and we will definitely buy all our future needs from this store.
