V	Vancouver Closet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible services! Door is not ready to pick up as promised date. Call many many times, no one can follow up, Chetan, Karan, Jaden. The answer only is to updated you. Transfer the line to shipping dept., the guy even hang up our calls. It's a nightmare.
S	Shiv Saini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to buy doors my experience is pretty bad I went and ordered two doors one is right side opening inside, one is left side opening outside, right side opening is fine left side opening is also inside opening I called the sale man Karan, who helped me with this order I explained him very well what I needed but still one one of my door was not correct. He suggest me to turn around the frame 360 but that's not how I wanted now hinges are outside doesn't look nice and there's no other help that they gave me I sent their management a email but no respond back so please don't go and waste your money there that place is only for builders or big companies who need lots of doors but not for people who need one two three four five doors they're just going to take your money and their warranty doesn't cover anything they don't return any doors back.
r	rajveer kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience. I find different types of designs for doors and locks and many things. Costomer service is so good. First time I visited in the morning and they made my day. I recommend to all to visit the showroom and find the different quality of stuff.
J	Jenna Pearson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took weeks for them to get a quote back to my partner for a single door despite multiple follow ups, then once we finally received the quote and paid the deposit it’s been another 2 weeks with no update and no delivery - for a basic stock door we were told would have a 5 day lead time! I would have rather paid the markup the other companies charge just to have saved myself the headache of dealing with these people. Oh well, lesson learned.
J	Jaye Krebs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a double door with side windows... was told 6 week delivery. Doors took 6 months and here we are coming up on our one year anniversary.... no side windows. No updates. No returned phone calls to our repeated inquiries. They have our money so I guess they're happy. I would say terrible customer service but that would mean there is some customer service... which there is not. Good prices though (if you can pay and get the product at that moment)
N	Nav Riarh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible service! There are many other door & moulding companies in surrey that you can give your business to beside A-1. Had to deal with their absolutely terrible customer service and sale rep. We had Hardeep as our sales rep who always seems to be in a rush and barely listens to what you have to say. Long story short, we ordered custom handles last year which we did not receive in our delivery and we let the sales rep know right away and were told that these were on "back order". When it came time to pay the invoice we paid in full as we were told the handles were delayed but would arrive in coming months. After a few months we reached back out to him and were told that he couldn't find the paperwork and was reordering them. Now over one year later the handles finally come in and we are told we have to pay for them again even though I have shown their accountant or clerk text messages explicitly showing conversations between their rep and I where I am asking about the handles I have already paid for. No regard for customer service or honesty. These people are just about $$$$. For people using their services, only contact your sales rep via text message and thoroughly go through each delivery and if you are missing something do not pay for it until it arrives. Their word means nothing as well having a paper trail. So save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere. So disappointing.
