Not very professional. No show for the appointment. No courtesy call and mailbox full so u can’t even contact them.

Ironically this company is anything but accurate. If I could give them 0 stars I certainly would. Recently I had them come to my home to measure for some railings on my rear deck. I have dealt with them in the past with minor issues coming up but nothing that would stop me from using them again. I was assured that the custom colour railing would be delivered on a certain date and although there was a small delay a crew came with my railings to be installed. As the crew started, one of them noticed that the side-mount railings had been measured incorrectly and therefore could not be installed. Disappointed, I reached out to Steve, one of the so-called partners of Accurate, and was assured that this would be rectified ASAP to my satisfaction. After many texts and phone calls with Steve I was told that the railings would not be replaced and that Accurate was walking of the job! I was dumbfounded. Walking off because ACCURATE measured wrong and didn't want to correct their mistake? What kind of company does that? Steve gave us the phone number of his business partner who informed me that Steve was not his business partner nor did he work for Accurate anymore. Moreover, he said that Accurate had never done any business with me in the past. Hmmmm? How do they explain the quotes on their letterhead as well as invoices on their letterhead on it? This could not be answered by Jagtar. So, here I am with railings that can't be installed and trying to find another company that can manufacture and install something ASAP as I have now been without railings for a month. When the crew left the job they left the railings behind so now I either try to sell them or pay a fee to dispose of them. I told Jagtar that at the very least I was going to leave a bad review on Google to warn others about this shoddy and shady company but he didn't care. Well, some companies and some people do look at reviews and that's why I'm here to warn others. I can only surmise by Accurate's other "reviews", which are not reviews at all, that something else is going on with this company. Incredibly unprofessional.

Very professional team , provided me the details about the material,installation and completed work in a timely manner. Also very neat in design :)

Extremely satisfy with the quality of work. They completed our project in time and pricing was very competitive.
