★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been going to this location for many years and the last while its been on a downward slide. Food was terrible, presentation poor and portion size lacking. We won't be back. Also your canned response from head office shows lack of care and attention. Every customer is different as is their experience and deserves a response specific to their situation. A cut and paste of the same sentences from one review to the next is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I tried chicken caesar wrap and it was delicious. Also, the staff Vanessa and front-end attendant Manmeet was super sweet and good with suggestions. Highly recommend this location for eating with friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went here for the first time, the chicken is fresh and very juicy. It's a little pricey but makes up for the place being generally clean and Friendly staff. Nice place for a small lunch/dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered two full chickens and other items. Came back to my house and realized they had only packed 1.5 chickens. Understanding human error to be a very common thing I called back and respectfully spoke to manager Colleen who was extremely rude and called me a lier. Would not recommend this restaurant. A much better alternative is Barcelos on Nordel way, better food and service.
