★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i would give 0 star if possible to their technician support. my plumber bought an noritz boiler from there, and it stops working and show low water pressure error once every few days and have to restart. I called the sales Sunny, and request for a technician to come and fix it. he said he has my number and promised the technician would call within 2 days. but thats a lie, technician never call me. I and plumber called him every day, keep chasing them to send a technician, have been 2 weeks, still no calls from technician. they keep ignore my service request. never seen a company that has support/service like this. no service/support system, cant make service appointment, need to wait for them to call forever, ignore customer service request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the showroom and was attended by Kenny. She was very customer oriented and kind. She provided pricing on items I have shortlisted and followed up with the things I ordered promptly.
The reason why I gave a four star rating was because she gave me an incorrect price for a Maax tub and they couldn’t deliver the promise despite after negotiating the price upward.
Anyway, overall, I am please with their service.
