I dealt with multiple sales staff and they were all knowledgeable about different lighting options and products. Their aftercare was also excellent as well. The prices are amazing. There are a lot of lighting stores in Surrey, but they definitely have my repeat business in the future.

When I called them they were very rude to me and the guy shouted on me over the phone and he didn't take the responsibility to return the wrong product that they've sent me. Never recommend this business. ?

I have called again multiple times and have been told by the owner that someone will phone me back from the store. I have sent multiple texts and have had ZERO response from anyone at this organization. I have been trying to be in touch with you guys for well over a year now. This customer service is among the worst I have ever seen in my life. Still have yet to hear from anyone at this establishment. They are ignoring all forms of me and will not help me fix the problem. Their installer physically took the light strips out and replaced them with nothing. Now I have no lights at all! Please avoid this place!

I have been sold an electric fireplace where half of the LED light strips have been missing (did not function). I have been calling for over a year now (since November 2020) and they have been telling me my product is on order. I have called over and over and been told “we will call you back bhaji”. I have not ONCE been phoned back. I have said enough is enough and i would like a new fireplace a few months back and they would not comply. I spoke to Aman the owner a few months ago and she said she would replace the lights with lights from a fireplace they have in the shop (which should’ve happened months prior). Still nothing, I am trying to reach the owner now to fix this problem but he puts it off, saying he will phone me back but never does. He is now ignoring me and will not help me. In addition I have a lighting fixture with a missing piece, they have told me the same story with this piece and it is still missing to this day… if I can’t get the light strips I doubt I will be able to get the lighting piece. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!
