β β β β β We just finished a new house in surrey, owner approached the store for Fixture defect, she had to go to store many times and even approached owner, but all in vain. I personally do not recommend it to anyone as they do not backup their products!!

Also, thank you to the staff who kindly informed the company that they would contact the company immediately about the shower handle problem.

β β β β β I wanted to replace a 2 bowl kitchen sink with a large single bowl. I was very concerned about the dimensions since the granite countertop was already cut and I didnβt want to have to call in a stone cutter to recut to retrofit a new size sink. I spoke with Twinkle of customer service and she assured me that the Steyr sink would fit What great customer service. I highly recommend HTA Products for all your plumbing fixtures.
