★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used BA Robinson for 3 houses, my personal house one toliet is defective, been a up hill battle trying to get it replaced. Been told one is on the way and keep following up with sales rep with no response. Returned a Kholar steamer because it was sent in error yet I was billed for it, got the restocking fee waived because it was BA's error for sending two but the refund never got processed and they are now not refunding because it they can't find it in their system important to mention steamer was close to $2000. Don't know what else to do but review and maybe management will care enough to get back to me as no one in the sales department seems to care enough to to do something about it. Anyone else experience similar issues with BA?

So nice to walk into a store when your barely in the door and someone says 'how can I help you?. Explained what I needed and solved my issue asap. Definitely use BA. Robinson . Or spend an hour searching through a big box. Great service. Very happy
