★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. They are willing to work with you to take the order but once it comes to tracking the order or getting information on the delivery I was basically told to stop pushing them for the information and confirmation as to where the delivery truck is located currently. In pressing times of raw materials shortages my clients need this information to stay on schedule.
