Gil was meticulous with the installation and went above and beyond the call of duty by dealing with some unanticipated details. Everything looks amazing. For a small job, we were exceptionally pleased with the follow through that the professional and friendly staff provided.

She was excellent to work with, had great suggestions and made sure that we were happy with our decisions.The workmenship was top quality and everything fit in and works really well. It is a pleasure to use our kitchen, for cooking, cleaning up and entertaining. We have a log home so it was a challenge to design a suitable kitchen. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Dwayne the designer,spent time and patience to discuss our ideas and our needs. He was professional and customer orientated. The final outcome was exceeding our expectation and to our total satisfaction. Despite a relatively long production schedule of two months, it went smoothly once the site work started. Logistics under Pam, quality installer,and follow up steps by Gil, were properly handled,all the way to the date of our moving in.

Everybody we dealt with was knowledgeable, kind, and friendly... very pleasant to work with! They are attending to every detail. We had asked Pacific Rim to bid because the company had built the custom kitchen and master bedroom closets for our cottage more than fifteen years ago, and we’ve always been pleased with their work. It’s great to see that Pacific Rim has maintained such a high level of quality over so many years. It was surprising, in addition, that the price they offered from Vancouver was lower than that of a reputable local competitor. High quality at a competitive price - wow!
