★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was over charged on milage as they didn't write the beginning milage down and then when told they would take the milage charges off they still processed my credit card for $200+ more then the price that was on my bill. Shady business practices trying to pull a quick one on the consumer. Triple check your bills and make sure you write your own milage down for piece of mind like I did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I was shopping for a rental truck for my moving, I have checked a couple places including Penske. I had decided to place my reservation at Discount Truck Rental because of their location initially. Next day I received a call from Aron, rep of Penske, and I explained my rwasons for choosing Discount. Aron was very professional and efficiently to work on my concerns, and offer me a secured parking lot for my car overnight at their location. A secured parking lot deffinitly was one of key reasons I moved my reservation to Penske. Plus, I had very good experience at their office to pick up my truck. No line up, and everyone is willing to help me when I arrived late. Truck condition was great and clean. I will highly recommend this Penske location to anyone who needs a rental truck.
