Poor customer service - they talk to you like they doing you a favour by shipping your car Well the price was not too steap but considering I spent 1500 to rent a car in Vancouver because of shipping delays not Atal a good financial decision

Nothing was moved from inside the car, I was not even told to leave this google review. It’s for those who are looking out for moving cars on long distances at best rates. The lady in Vancouver office doesn’t have manners to speck with customers. We are paying for service then also she is so rude . If you call Vancouver office to get status for your car she never pick the call and never answer to your message as well . If calling again and again 15 times , she picked the call but she was speaking rudely and disrespectfully . Company should hire new employers who have manners to speak. Worst experience i had in my life. Trust me don’t use J simon”s ever!!!!!

If you are a prospective customer looking to use J Simons, here are three things to consider: 1)They impose insurance with $500 deductible. Though my car was delivered without major damage, it did have very noticeable scratches on the trunk upon delivery, which were not there when I dropped off the car at their Toronto yard. Due to the $500 deductible, I have to fix this damage myself. 2)Add at least ten days to the delivery time they will quote you. When getting ready to ship my car from Toronto, I was told the longest ETA would be 12 days after shipping. The car arrived 21 days later, resulting in substantial additional costs because I had to arrange for alternative means of transportation for the extra days the car was in transit. 3)Any items of moderate value left in the car WILL BE STOLEN! Before shipping the car, I made sure to remove any valuable items, however, I left in the glove box a charging cord for my phone (that I use to connect my phone to the car’s navigation) and an expander for grip strength training. BOTH ITEMS WERE STOLEN FROM THE GLOVE BOX! In summary, (i) go with another service that allows you to buy full protection coverage for any damages, (ii) take J Simons delivery timeline quotes with a big grain of salt, and (iii) if you do use J Simons, REMOVE EVERYTHING FROM THE CAR TO AVOID THEFT.

Besides the time, however, Dee was great from the Delta office and my car is in great shape! I would definitely recommend this company for shipping, but just take that timeline with a big grain of salt.

We were somewhat flexible on delivery , and everything went great.Dee in the Delta office was great, as were the people at the Pickup location in Dartmouth. Currently looking at buying a vehicle in BC, and if I do, jsimons will be my first choice to ship it across Canada.
J	Johny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shipment has been a nightmare, it's been 1 month and I have still not received my car, I been told numerous excuses by the employees over there, the weather is affecting the shipment, because of covid there is not much employees, the train broke down.. like common with the B.S. They gave out a ETA of 10-15 days which is B.S.. now I have to rent a car out of pocket because of their incompetence, terrible experience and still have no concrete date of when my car will arrive. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company.

Their office is not anywhere close to the vehicle yard so you have to drive your car to another location then find some sort of transportation back to the main office where you give the keys back to them. They give you a cartoon map and you have to drive your car to a pothole landmine yard with garbage and knee deep water everywhere. I am paying 1,700.00 for this...
