Lying, incompetents that take no responsibility for no pick ups when scheduled, horrible drivers, missed delivery dates, lots of excuses no solutions.
Perhaps THE WORST freight company I have ever had the misfortune of using and that's saying something.
AVOID THESE IDIOTS, POSSIBLY THE WORST

โ โ โ โ โ I wish I could give these guys a 0 star review. They are the ikea delivery place in kelowna, and the following happened when I showed up to pick up my order from them (during the time I was told it would be there):
-Place is a mess when we showed up;
-They didn't have my order;
-They couldn't help me find my order at all;
-Kept saying it was not their problem;
-Couldn't suggest anything at all to help resolve the problem that they were a part of.
-Very aggressive in their response (two of them speaking over me most of the time);
-To top it off, wouldn't wear their mask properly.
Steer clear of these people and use any other option possible. Terrible, terrible at their jobs.

โ โ โ โ โ I wish i would able to give them zero. Not Professional at all. Ved Kaler such a lier person i have ever met. I used to work with and was happy when i was hired by them, he said me to help me in my paperwork of getting PR. He wasted my 5 months and it was very easy for him to lay me off in just a moment. I donโt recommend any students or those who are on work permit to work there.

โ โ โ โ โ I purchased furniture from Rove Concepts a few months ago and this was their third-party delivery company. There appears to be lack of communication and coordination between dispatch and warehouse, and it is very hard to get a hold of anyone. They promised and missed 3 delivery dates without prior notice or care to the customerโs time. This issue was only rectified once I made a complaint to Rove Concepts, who intervened and ensured my product was delivered on the 4th attempt. I will never deal with any company that uses VK for their deliveries again.

โ โ โ โ โ I had VK Delivery arrange a delivery to my townhouse in May 2021 for some garage cabinets. The day before the delivery, they called and asked if a time of 11am - 2pm the next day worked. I said yes, and their driver arrived around 12:30pm. Driver was very professional, wore a mask, and unloaded my items with care. Very friendly, excellent service.
