Worse delivery company ever!!!!! Suppose to be next day delivery turned into god knows when. Delivery driver lied and said β€œno access” to my house, Yeah okay buddy. Called and got no answers. Supervisor was suppose to give me a call back in 24 hours well it’s been 48. 10 stars down. Don’t use this horrible business. Pray for my parcel. Hopefully I will see it this century.

I'd give less than one star if possible. Twice TForce *didn't* attempt delivery, not bothering to look me up on the buzzer, or to leave a note. After asking to pick up my package I was denied due to "covid restrictions" - in this email I also provided my buzzer code for direct entry. TForce replied to this email, then returned my package to sender anyways - despite me being quite clear I wanted the package. When I called, the representative was argumentative, unhelpful, and ultimately hung up on me without providing any assistance. Never use this service, and write any company you see using it to change courier - not worth the headache.

Horrible service. The tracking number said they came and could not make contact because they didn't have a buzzer number. Even though my name is in the code on the buzzer panel so a 10 second search would have brought up the information. Instead I had to email them my buzzer number and the customer service person (a contractor) said they would retry in 24-48 hours. But it never showed up and a week later after sending 3 more follow up emails to TForce (which only get an automated reply) they eventually told me they lost the package and that I should contact the shipper. I know the package is sitting in Burnaby at the last scanned destination. It's not lost. It's sitting on a shelf but the contractor is located who knows where and can't directly talk to the warehouse. If someone in Burnaby would get off their chair and look on the shelf my package is probably sitting 10 feet away from them.

WORST courier I have ever dealt with. Rudest customer service I have ever experienced. They do not ship to my area. I had no control over the courier service that was chosen when I ordered online. After waiting 3 weeks with no word I got a notification saying it would be delivered by 9pm. At 1pm I got another notification stating that my order was being returned to sender with no attempt to deliver. When contacted asking why did they accept the parcel when I clearly live outside their service area the man actually got angry at me stating it is not his problem and hung up.

My package has been sitting in the warehouse since Jan 3 (two weeks) and they're putting the blame on the weather and pandemic for shipping delays. Somehow the weather didn't affect my other packages from other shippers to complete the delivery. To top it off, the customer service team at Tforce, including a guy who calls himself "Vin" expresses that he really doesn't care about your packages. He's there to tell you to call back in two days. I'd rather speak to an automated system than to deal with his subpar attitude.

EXTREMELY disappointed with this service. My package was to be delivered as projected; however, they were unable to deliver it to me due to a misunderstanding of a "bad" address on my end. All my address information was correct, but it was only one time they could not find my house, in which they informed me that my package will be sent back to the sender. Reached out to customer service and they said they would attempt to deliver it again, but nothing was delivered. They didn't take the time to contact me for the misunderstanding. I live all the way in Canada and my package would be sent back to the United States! Truly upsetting.

TForce did not leave any pick up slips or call me regarding my delivery, even though I could see that my package was out for delivery on multiple days. Instead, they continuously asked for a buzzer code even though I do not have one. I asked for my package to be sent to a pickup location so I could get it myself, but Tforce returned it to the sender instead! Nice. I have never had this happen before with any delivery service. Strange company, would avoid at all costs.

This was my first time dealing with this courier company so I was a bit worried about my package, but luckily I had no issues! My package arrived in perfect condition a day after it’s expected delivery date (which is fine given the circumstances of the pandemic). The person delivering the package was also kind enough to leave it directly in front of my front door and ring the doorbell to notify me that my package had come.
