Being a contractor, I have used Danma in the past and just recently acquired their services for all the Millwork in my own home. From the beginning Madan and Davie were very helpful and worked closely with us to get things right! I decided to go with Danma Kitchens for my cabinetry because at the time they were a local business where I live. From the start I was not impressed with their quality so I had them come back and redo some of my top kitchen cabinets because they started to peel only after a few months. They have (had) a 10 year warranty and after 5 years my kitchen and bathroom cabinets look terrible and are peeling. I put in a claim under their warranty and I got the run around. I had to go to their their shop because they would not call me back or respond to my text messages. They tried to convince me to pay to have my cabinets redone and I refused and said it should be covered under their warranty. I finally convinced them to come to my house and take and redo the cabinets. Once they had taken the cabinets out of my house and had them in their van, they held my cabinets as ransom and said I would have to pay to have them redone or they can take them out of the van and give them back to me as is. I again, refused and insisted that they redo them under warranty. They took them away and eventually called me back and said that I would have to pay to get them redone and claimed that I caused the damage. I would not do that so after more pestering they finally returned my cabinets without doing anything and reinstalled them. So much for their warranty. If fact, if you look at their warranty on their website, they pulled it down to redo it because they didn't want to honour what was there. So I am left to take them to court. Lucky for me I have a copy of their warranty. I have hired someone else to redo my cabinets with over 20 years of experience and he said that the reason they peeled is because Danma used cheap stain and didn't apply enough of it to save money. In fact the person redoing my cabinets said there is no way my cabinets should look like that even after 10 years. He was able to peel the stain off with his finger. I have plenty of pictures. I would not recommend this company given their poor customer service and quality. update: actually, in response to your reply, the arbitrator said I was not entitled to the warranty because the contract was signed between you and my wife. No mention of insufficient proof as you state. My mistake was that my wife should have filed the claim against your company not me even though we are both on title to our home and married.

Madan was very helpful in installing the cabinets in our kitchen. We had issues with our cabinet hinges and he immediately had his installer come in to resolve the issues. His efficiency and immediate attention was very much appreciated. He was also easy to arrange and coordinate with.

These guys make a decent cabinet but the installation and service process has been a comedy of errors. We had 3 separate installations at our place (kitchen, pantry, media unit) and upon installation they damaged pieces at all 3 places, improperly installed multiple pieces, or simply didn't show up with what was needed so we had to wait on doors and other pieces. Today was install day for an under stair cabinet (4th area) and they informed us at 7:30am that they didn't have the slides for the drawers and are unable to install today. We ordered these weeks ago and confirmed installation last week. Again, the product, once installed, is pretty nice but for our simple job there was way too much back and forth due to damaged, improperly installed, and missing pieces.

I hate to give bad ratings but I think I have to be transparent. The owner was very rude and unprofessional. May he was having a bad day but still, not the way to do business... I hope he realized that this kind of attitude can only go so far and he change to be better.

Love my cabinets. Thank you so much for the great job you did on our cabinets. They look super and it has been a great experience dealing with everyone on the team. There was easy professional service from the ordering and design right through to the final installation. Everyone has been so easy and accommodating to our enquiries, and has eased the process of a big renovation. Trevor ( the installer ) was excellent. I am recommending your company to friends, family and my contractor. Thanks again Linda
