He does not return any calls or messages back, even if its an emergency. Even though you may find some equipment that's cheaper through his company, there is no good service at all. I'm not usually the type to leave bad reviews, because im also a business owner, but this owner really deserves this. Horrible service!!!

I had LOTS of questions and they spent a lot of time helping me make sure every product would work for me. Set up day was a breeze. They wheeled in all my tables into each treatment room, set up my new Shuttle, and set up my IFC’s on their carts. I had to do absolutely nothing! Then we had a training session with all my staff. We have been open for two weeks now and whenever I have a question all I have to do is call. Thank you guys so much. You make my life so much easier

The staff are kind and knowledgeable, and it seems that they're doing as much as possible to secure stock of seemingly-scarce cleaning supplies, which is appreciated by our company (that relies on having these supplies to operate)! I've had the pleasure of working with the owner and Anne-Marie, both of whom are very responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They service their own equipment and are actually quite quick with their response times. We had an issue with one of our treatment beds, and the owner actually came in the same day to address and solve the issue. Products are great in quality, and we've been taking care of them with the proper care instructions, and haven't had any issues. Thank you!
