Today I went and asked her to refill for a special authority medication, but she made things especially complicated and misguided me to get another prescription without checking my records. People come to a pharmacy for medication, not candy, so they should have more professionalism since they are dealing with peoples health.

At this location, have hired a new UBC educated pharmacist, he communicates thoroughly about the medication and goes the extra to be understanding and helpful??. This guy is going to run his own pharmacy in the near future and will be missed.
L	L P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always limited selection for things, especially seasonal items. Pharmacy is absolutely clueless of what they can and can't do. I feel like it's being manned by a bunch of stoners on the job. They have a billboard about giving Covid Vaccines, when I went in to inquire about getting my Covid shot they told me to go book online, and when I went online their location doesn't even come up as an option for getting it. If they don't offer it, they should just say it, and stop false advertising with the billboard saying they can offer it.

Was told I needed the flu shot while working there but didn't realize that I have MS and it was triggered by the shot. Ended up in hospital not knowing why or what was happening but when I informed my manager that I was in the hospital, she demanded a picture of me in the hospital or a picture of the hospital bracelet. She was extremely rude and just flat out nasty to me while I was dealing with a horrible situation that changed the rest of my life forever. I have now come to learn that this is a violation to even ask that. I was only required to give a note confirming of my stay in the hospital. She was one nasty lady to work for and I feel as though she has done this to more people than me. Hope karma comes around for horrible excuses for humans such as this fine piece of works.
C	C Mandic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is always understaffed and seems to go through a lot of turnover. They don't have cashiers anymore, and expect use to use the self checkout and not even offering a discount to customers for their cutbacks on staff. They also have at least two security guards on shift, mostly by the exit. Here's an idea, instead of having two people working security, have two cashiers, you won't have frustrated people refusing to use the machine wanting to leave with their unpaid items because you'll have cashiers readily available at both spots of the store readily available at their checkout. Security guards aren't physically capable of stopping a thief, and so anyone who has the plan to commit theft will do it anyway.
