Everyone was very professional and extremely helpful I strongly urge anyone who has or might have sleep apnea to come to this amazing facility. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was helped by Eric Prasad in the clinic who was great to work with. Our area has frequent power outages so he recommended a Pilot 24 battery backup which worked perfectly Sunday morning when I slept uninterrupted after the power went out. Thanks Eric!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to thank the staff for figuring out a solution for a difficult situation. My request for new replacement hose and mask was excepted by ministries. I had to go to Alberta before I received them. They got approval to ship replacements to me and recieved them asap. Thanks for going extra mile. I've dealt with them for 4yrs now and always got a great response ever time.

He also has a lot of information about medical coverage from insurance providers. He is a great respiratory therapist that is through and explained all of the answers to my questions. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been using a CPAP machine from VitalAire for 3 years. As the service at the Broadway office has been pathetic in the last two years, I drove to Surrey and met with Jason. In one hour, I learned more about the functions of my machine, the proper way to wear and maintain my mask, and the benefits offered by my insurance company than I ever have before. Jason is an extremely knowledgeable and professional respiratory specialist with extraordinary public relations skills. He is the most attentive and caring specialist I've met with, and should be commended for his service. I will always drive an hour to see Jason in Surrey in the future, and he's made a world of difference for me!
