to you or not and their prices is only about 10% - 15% lower than brand new sealed products.. it's risky buying stuff here, the staff are not helpful and very hard on getting deals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the area and thought I'd check out what kind of TV deals they might have. There were lots of choices and they do offer delivery for a $50 charge. With a small car that would be worth it for me.
I purchased an ACER tablet from them years ago and it lasted a very long time.

I bought an iPhone 13 Pro Max and an iPad 12.9 of the fifth generation from the Surrey branch
the service was great and they are very friendly and helpful
It was a great deal to buy , 30% less than the market price
Noting that both devices were brand new!!
I highly recommend to buy from this place⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge shout out to JP at the Surrey location for working hard to maintain positive customer relationships.
I ordered a MacBook Air online and immediately (prior to open the sealed packed) realized I had ordered a FRENCH version. I was told by the online folks that there would be no exchanges, just a "return and repurchase" with at 15% restocking fee ($202!!) on the wrong version.
Now I understand that there are costs associated with maintaining an online store, but was informed that this fee was not negotiable even if doing a straight exchange. (Cue up the 1 star Google review…..)
I went into the store and JP was able to make things right.
So two takeaways here:
1. If you order online, BE SURE IT'S THE EXACT RIGHT ITEM.
2. Skip the whole online thing, and just go deal with JP at the Surrey store.

Everything looking and working brand new even when open box or you can even get brand new sealed for cheaper too. Shout out to JP! He is the man you want and need, need more people like him in all customer services. One of the best I have ever dealt with in my lifetime. Cheers.

The staff at the surrey store and very nice and willing to help.
The store is well organized and a lot of TVs are on display to see.
Parking is plenty as well since they have their own designated spots.
