★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a tiger torch for $120.00 as I needed it. It had a hole in the hose. Returned it and they gave me another faulty one? These days with everyone fighting for a dollar you think they would have checked it cost me over four hundred dollars for one tiger torch that is $80.00 at Home Hardware stores? Thought I was saving gas money and time as Star rentals was closer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a trencher for yard work. Had a problem with it twice cause I'm not very familiar with machines. I called them twice, both time person name Greg answered a phone in very professional manner.Technician was sent within 30 mins both times and technicians Paul and Ben were knowledgeable and fixed the issue very quickly.Good job guys.
I highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give zero stars if I could. The customer service is horrible. I rented a vacuum and the parts they had given with the vacuum were wrong so I went back to get the correct parts and they gave me the wrong parts again. I went back again to get my money back and the owner told me to never come back to his shop again and was incredibly rude even though he was at fault. Please don’t waste your time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give ZERO stars I would as one star is too generous. I usually do not write reviews, but after the customer service I have received, I feel I need to share my experience and hopefully save someone from getting ripped off. I rented a stump grinder for one day to remove an old cedar stump. My friend who helped me (and has done this sort of work before) was a little concerned with the condition of the blade. We started working with it and sure enough the blade bent. We took the grinder back the next day and asked for a replacement blade. They did not have a new one so we waited about 2 hours for them to fix the blade as best they could and used the machine to finish the job. They never mentioned I would be charged for a new blade. It was only after checking my credit card bill that I realized what happened. What should have been a total charge of just over 200 dollars ended up being 474 CAD dollars! I phoned in to inquire about this total charge and I was told the actual charge was for 333 dollars for a new blade but they subtracted the 75 dollar 'tooth wear charge' for a new total of 274.21 dollars added to the original 200 down payment for the rental. The person on the phone was dismissive and basically said 'that was that" because he wasn't the one to have put the transaction through. So...Wow! Be careful!
