★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. With 4 other electrical supply stores within a stones throw from them you would think they would care a little. I was sold a defective product and when I tried to exchange it within hours of purchase they told me it had to be sent back to the manufacturer for testing. A month went by and they still had not sent it out for 'testing'. A few weeks later they finally issue a refund. 6 weeks of BS. I purchased a working product from the store beside them (for $25 cheaper). I would strongly recommend any of the other electrical suppliers over gullevins in Surrey.
