β β β β β Ordered replacement parts for my grill and they sent me the wrong ones. The parts don't match what the pictures look like on the website. They refuse to fix the order and climbed that they refunded me my money and they didn't. Also, they refuse to take the parts back.
If they where a U.S. company, I would have turned them into the US Attorney General's office, for their fraudulent practices.
