Great business to hire for all glass needs. I have been using Delta Glass for over 30 years for various things. They do everything from small repairs to complete bathroom showers and mirrors. Absolutely the best glass company in business today.

Delta glass employees provided us with a fantastic service. They were reliable, on time and the work they did on our glass stairwell railing was fantastic. Its beautiful ! They also did just as good of a job on the two shower glass we ordered. We live over two hours away from their shop and they had no issues travelling to our home, measuring & doing the work. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs glass railing, shower panels or other glass products! Diane Dziedzic

DO NOT USE DELTA GLASS!!! I got the estimator out to take a look at a job that I was quoted for well over 20k for a small window, but because of a good review for quality from a fellow contractor friend of mine I chose them and made a deposit of 50% at the end of September and was told 6 weeks till install. Sounds a little long for me but I want good quality and that is what the referral was biased off so I agreed, we are now going on 10+ weeks with nothing but excuses, I can’t say anything negative about the craftsmanship as I still have no window in my clients home. I have since contacted the contractor friend of mine “that has a much larger company than me” and he has since stopped using DELTA because of lack of organization and missing delivery and installation dates on multiple jobs. I think the problem here is that this company has grown to big to fast in the extremely hot market and unfortunately the man power/office organization has suffered catastrophic failure. I would never recommend this company to anyone who would like there glass portion of there project to be completed within 5+ months after ordering.

I'll be generous and leave Delta Glass & Mirror 1 star. We hired a general contractor to do some renovations in our home in 2020. Due to their complete negligence, we've since fired that general contractor. One of the (many) things they messed up was ordering the incorrect shower door handle for a new glass shower enclosure in our bathroom. When Delta Glass manufactured the shower door, they were given the incorrect door handle specs and, unfortunately, that's what got installed - which, to be absolutely clear, was NOT Delta Glass' fault or responsibility. That's why they earned the 1 star. After we fired the general contractor, I contacted Delta Glass to arrange for a new shower door to be manufactured with the correct door handle - all to be paid for by us, the homeowners. Even though we had already paid for it once through the general contractor, we had no desire to deal with them moving forward to correct the issue (in fact, I'm still waiting on a reply to an email I sent July 17, 2021). Initially, I was told by the Operations Manager, Chris Hall, that I would need to go through the general contractor in order to have the correct door/handle installed. When I explained to him that we were no longer willing to use the general contractor due to negligence, and that we were prepared to pay for the replacement ourselves, he said that he would draft up a quote for the replacement door. That was almost a month ago. I've followed up with him via email and voicemail (he never seems to be in the office) and I've received nothing. This morning, I received an email from Chris stating that he's declined my business altogether, with no explanation given as to why. As you can see from previous reviews...I highly recommend that you do NOT do business with Delta Glass. ETA: The response from the owner of Delta Glass is laughable, as well as completely untrue and libelous. We have paid our previous contractor upwards of $40K for the work he HAS completed (not that the owner of Delta Glass should have any knowledge of our payments to the fired contractor, as it doesn't concern them). There is a small outstanding balance because, after we were aware of the contractor's negligence, we asked for some clarification around some costs. The contractor has never gotten back to us. It's been almost a year and we're still waiting.

Delta Glass installed a glass shower for us. Within a few weeks the handle was loose. I mistakenly tried to fix myself. I went to the Delta Glass shop twice and they gave me a key they thought would work. I tried but couldn’t loosen the handle. I went again to their shop a year later and got a different key. It didn’t work. A year later I contacted them again and they gave an outrageous price to fix their own mistake. Don’t use this outfit.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Requested screens for my small apartment from mid-February and it is almost the end of May. Came in and measured then never heard back. I know it is a small job but a customer is a customer regardless. There was also the feeling they did not think I could afford their fees, so I and my wife were judged. DO NOT JUDGE, you do not know who has money to pay their bills in full or not. Have called more than once with very poor customer support each time and no timeline as to when I could expect the screens. I was told my order was placed and then never heard back with no firm confirmation in writing/text/anything. Please be aware I do not require your services and have gone elsewhere. AGAIN, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I was happy with the service provided by the team at Delta Glass with respect to my front window replacement. They tended quickly also to rectify an issue that affected the re-stuccoing process and Rex specifically worked very well with my hired stucco contractor to ensure the final job was completed well and satisfied all parties concerned in the process. Thank-you, Delta Glass!

I recommend NOT using this company. Had a skylight installed les than 2 years ago and it leaks. Repeated attempts to contact them for repair because the drywall was getting water damaged but no response. Had an independent inspector review , he said it was a very poor installation and I had another company come in , they offered to cover the skylight with a tarp and will replace it when the new one ordered arrives. Now that is service! They will be the contractor for all my future glass needs due to their speed in replying and care to complete the work. Thanks Paul! No thanks Delta , good riddance.
